NamjoonBot

Terms of Service

Effective and last updated:

These terms govern use of the NamjoonBot Discord bot and website, operated by its independent developer (“we”). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

Need help?

Contact the bot owner through the support server. For personal data and deletion requests, read our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Discord rules

You must meet Discord’s minimum-age requirements for your country and comply with its Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If a parent or guardian’s permission is required by applicable law, you must have it. Server administrators must have authority to install and configure the bot.

2. What the service provides

NamjoonBot is a fan-made collecting game with virtual photocards, in-game currencies, profiles, quests, trading, gifting, a player marketplace, and events. The website displays information such as rankings, event progress and recent pulls. Features and availability may change as the project develops.

Website statistics are informational and can be delayed by network issues, maintenance or caching. A temporary leaderboard position does not guarantee a final reward. Event eligibility, deadlines, minimum contributions, final rankings and claim requirements determine rewards.

3. Fair play and acceptable use

Report bugs through the support server or the bot’s report feature rather than exploiting them. We may investigate abuse, remove inappropriate uploads, correct improperly obtained items or rewards, and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the game and its users. You can contact the owner to ask for a decision to be reviewed.

4. Virtual items and transactions

Cards, currencies, badges, frames and other rewards are digital game features. They are not physical goods, legal tender, or a promise of monetary value. NamjoonBot does not provide cash redemption or authorise real-money sales of in-game accounts, cards or currency.

Opening a pack does not guarantee a particular card or rarity unless an explicit feature states otherwise. Rarity, availability and game rules may change. Use the bot’s supported interfaces for trades, gifts and market transactions, and check the details before confirming. Completed actions may be irreversible; restoration is not guaranteed. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

5. Availability and changes

The service is provided as available. We do not promise continuous uptime, a particular update schedule, or that every error can be corrected. Maintenance, technical failures, hosting changes or closure may interrupt access. We aim to preserve legitimate progress, but cannot guarantee that data or items will never be lost.

We may adjust features, balance, rewards and event rules. Important announcements will be made in the support server where practical. Any future paid feature will need its own clear purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund information before a user commits to payment.

6. Privacy and your submissions

Optional Discord sign-in verifies your account before displaying your existing bot profile and inventory. Website account browsing is read-only: use Discord to customise your profile, open packs, trade, gift or buy cards. Keep your sign-in session private and sign out on shared devices. Sessions expire and may end when the bot restarts.

Our Privacy Policy explains the information processed by the bot and website, what appears publicly, and how to request access, correction or deletion. When you submit a profile image or other content, you permit us to store, process and display it as needed to provide the feature you requested. This does not transfer ownership of your content.

7. Intellectual property and independence

NamjoonBot is an independent fan project and is not endorsed by or affiliated with BTS, BIGHIT MUSIC, HYBE, or Discord. Referenced names, trademarks, photographs and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. A virtual collectible does not transfer copyright or grant commercial rights in its artwork. Rights holders can raise concerns through the support server.

8. Responsibility and disputes

You are responsible for your account and for the commands, uploads and transactions you initiate. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised third-party activity, external services, or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer and data-protection rights.

Please contact the owner through the support server first so we can try to resolve a problem. Nothing here prevents you from using any legal remedy available to you.

9. Ending use and updates to these terms

You may stop using NamjoonBot at any time; server administrators may remove it from their server. To request deletion of existing player data, use the process in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and date will be published here, with material changes announced in the support server. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using the service. Any notice or consent required by law will still apply.
